When Eusebi Impianti SRL wins a contract, the company appoints a Project Manager, who is the customer’s reference contact for all the technical and commercial aspects concerning the project.
To manage and fulfil the project, Eusebi Impianti SRL offers the customers expert Project Managers with comprehensive experience in fire fighting technologies and an in-house resource team in order to reach the best possible levels of efficiency of all the phases, from engineering through to final testing.

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating a project management team and for guaranteeing that the professional skills and competence of the individual members of his team are exploited in the best possible way throughout the entire project cycle.

With the aim to strengthen the skills required to implement Project Management methods, criteria and cutting edge techniques, our engineers regularly attend courses held by ANIMP (National Industrial Engineering Association).
